Any suggestions to solve the problem? (translate)

I wrote to help about this and managed to download (finally). BUT I must add that I did download on different drives (I have 4 of them) and I'm not sure if I tried on the system drive (before) and JUST downloaded on the system drive so.. either they fixed it or (for some reason.. incomprehensible) you had to download on your system drive. Generally case closed.

It’s the only instrument that fail to download?

Have you already tried to restart the download? If you try, check before if in the download folder no file (maybe corrupted) is still there
