NC can't relocate most of my library on my external hard

Hi can someone please help me native access can't relocate most of my library I'm using a Mac mini m1 with Big Sur I have tried everything like installing both native access 1 & 2 on my Mac mini every works fine on my intel MacBook pro 😂

    Hi @Dale Jones

    When you say "relocate", do you mean that you have moved to a new system and wish to point NA at the existing libraries on your external drive rather than installing them again from scratch?

    Or do you mean that you are still using an existing system and have moved your libraries to a new location and wish to relocate them all in one go?

    Yes I have move to a new system and wish to point NA at the existing libraries on your external drive it sometime says that if has found it but I don't see any sign that it has found them.

    Hi @Dale Jones

    There is currently no "locate all" feature in Native Access when moving to a new system.

    If you still have access to the files on your old system, you can follow these steps:

    If not, you would need to relocate your Kontakt Libraries one by one by following these steps: 

    https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/214349305-Reinstalling-a-KOMPLETE-Bundle-Without-Re-Downloading-KONTAKT-Libraries 

    For your Expansions, we have created the following workaround:

    The steps are:

    • download and extract the zip archive
    • copy-paste the plist files for the Expansions that you own to [Macintosh HD > Library > Preferences]
    • restart/refresh NA
    • use "relocate all" to point NA to the folder containing all of the expansions
