Just bought a Maschine MK3 but still cant't get Maschine Software 2.8

It's registered and all. But Native Access still just gives me software 2.17. What am I doing wrong? Do I need to uninstall everything and start over?

    2.17 IS the latest version (released 22.03.2023). Where did you see a 2.8 version exists?

    Ahh, ok. Cool. I found tons of posts when googling. But If that's the case, I'm a happy camper!

    Just in case NA has one of its quirks and doesn’t show you an update everybody is talking about

    Just wanted to say that some people might think “2.8” is “newer than” 2.17, because humans like to comare the first digits of version numbers, but lets remind folks that 2.08 came out many many years ago, followed by 2.09, 2.10, 2.11,…2.16,2.17. Even if a 2.8 version can be downloaded still it would have come out around 2018.

    The next one to come out might be 2.18.


    If I was the developer I would have come out with a 3.0 version some time in the first 9 years of the product existing but that’s just me.
