Assigning parameters from traktors12 to modifiers causes multiple assignements

If I drag modulator to an effect parameter, multiple destinations are added randomly, up to 4 at once, even parameters from the modulator itsself.

In the example, I just bind Reverb Dry/Wet, but also Reverb Mute was assigned with it.

It is also happening in Standalone so it is not DAW specific as plugin. (this test was made within the standalone)

It is not happening all the time, but it is happening very often.

This is unfortunately a known issue in Guitar Rig 5 that sometimes if you drag a modifier assignment over a parameter that it gets assigned as well instead of just the parameter where you release the mouse button on.

So to prevent this in your case you need to make sure not to move across the Mute button when assigning to the dry/wet knob.

Does Analog Seq behave like this with any other instrument/effect plug-in?

Or does any other modulator plug-in make this with Traktor’s 12?

Good to know. And once you know it, this could also be considered a feature instead of an issue: 1 drag to assign multiple parameters 😉

Thanks Eddie! Knowing it makes it possible without multi assignements, and Im very relieved that it is no random bug, which you cannot control as user...
