Hi, I found a work around on Mac OS (I'm wondering if the same applies to Windows)

I noticed that downloads didn't fail if my computer was active. ie I was doing something on it.

So I downloaded a free app called Amphetamine from the Mac App Store. This keeps your desktop alive.

Every single download on Native Access downloaded and install after that.

    It’s never a good idea to let a computer suspend if downloads are pending

    I think it's probably just coincidence for you. After 5 attempts to get a 50 gig library to download fully without failing, in the end it was seemingly just a solid connection from NI to get it done. Nothing fancy or a clever work around, just a connection that didn't break. Seems like a server issue on their end. Not a thing wrong with my speedy and strong internet. The issue is on their end, imo. Not our computers doing something wrong.
