Hard drive failure resulting in new install - Native Access returning “Problem with installer” error

I need help from some kind person.

Komplete 12 Ultimate

Hard drive has failed. Must re-install all software and libraries. Please help me with the proper procedure for doing this.

In Native Access I have specified the new location for “content.” All other file paths left default. I have selected “Reinstall” for each library and 52 items get queued up - but the process halts with error, “There is a problem with Native Access installer. Please re-start and if that doesn’t help, restart your computer.”

MacOS X Monterey, iMac with 64 gb ram

    Here's the error message:

    I have completed the Full Disk Access instructions and rebooted.

    Any help appreciated.

    The hard drive that failed contained the content for all the plugins. All the plugins are installed, but the content is what I need to install now on an external drive. The location pointers, when I select “reinstall” all point to the old non-existent hard drive/path. Downloading the content is what is failing.

    Any help appreciated.

    @Tim_T It's a tricky issue, I'm creating a ticket for you. My Native Access specialists colleagues will have to look into it and will get back to you.

    In the meantime, you can try and use Native Access 1: How to Downgrade Native Access 2 to Native Access 1

    What steps have you taken to troubleshoot the error message you received during the re-installation process of your Komplete 12 Ultimate software and libraries? Have you tried restarting your computer and Native Access installer as suggested?
