Maschine MK3 controller wont do anything anymore.

Hello everyone

I'm new here and hopefully there's someone here who can help me.

This is what happened, my controller MK3 worked normally the last time I used it for the first 10 minutes, doing everything it was supposed to do. ( noted that the device has not been on for a year due to personal problems)

Until suddenly the start-up procedure started where the lights go on from bottom right to left top and that went in a loop, and I could not stop it not one button responded.

Then after about 1 minute the device completely went dark and now I can't get it on anymore.

Don't get a response anywhere not on the PC and not on the controller he's completely dead. ( the MK3 controller )

I have already checked everything ( usb wire, power cord, firmware, drivers,software...) and have tried every possible solution on the troubleshooting page with zero results.

Have already made a support request and received a ticket, but have not received a response so far and it has been a week now.

What i think, is that there's something wrong inside the hardware itself but i'm no specialist.

Is there anyone here who knows what this is and might be able to help.

    Thanks for the response.

    But everything u say i have alreaddy tried.

    Been talking with native support to see what else could be wrong with it, but they also think it has to be something with the hardware device itself.

    So my last hope is to bring it to de repair shop and they can fix it and hopefully at a low cost.

    Hello,

    do you have a friend with a multimeter, maybe he can check the power supply. But as far as i know mk3 should work without a power supply too, but then the screens are not that bright. If you are on windows you can unplug maschine, go to "device manager", set "view - show all devices", then under "audio, video, game controllers" and "usb devices" you delete everything maschine related, if asked for deleting the driver say yes. Then reinstall controller editor or download and install mk3 drivers, after all that connect it. But i fear, if it´s totally dark, there must be some hardware issue. My studio lights up even without usb connected, only with the psu.
