Massive X could not be loaded

Hello

I just upgraded to Komplete 14 ultimate.

Everything seems to work except Massive X.

In Maschine and Komplete Kontrol I get the "Massive X could not be loaded" error when opening Massive X.

In my DAW (acid pro) the dll and vst files show up in the failed plug-ins list.

I have tried reinstalling and restarting,

Windows 10, 64 bit.

Any ideas?

    Seems like lack of AVX2 support on my computer is likely the problem.

    I’m having a similar problem. Purchased Massive-X and several packs. After install, it doesn’t appear in any DAW and when I try to launch it in Kontrol I get the “Can’t load” error or “can’t find program” error box. This despite Kontrol showing program icon listed and allowing preview of all of the sounds.

    I’ve done everything suggested in other posts. Uninstalled, reinstalled, checked paths… no luck.

    It’s frustrating. And the difficulty reaching NI makes it even more frustrating. I plunked down a good chunk of money for a software synth that does work with no help from the seller.

    Hoping someone posts a solution on this thread.

    In the meantime, I'm not purchasing anything else from NI.
