I bought a used controller and I wanted to know if the download software is free how to do it

    Normally you will have to get the license transfered from the previous owner.

    But you can quickly test to just register the hardware and see if that works. Download native Access https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/

    And "Add serial" and enter the serial from under the hardware.

    But like I said, the original owner probably has to initialize a transfer.

    But i guess you don't have that card, you can contact native.
