Ability for Decks to use AUTO tempo control from track decks in LINK mode

Currently, when in link mode, you can only use master tempo from traktors global bpm.

We need the ability to put the track decks in master and control the outgoing bpm to other software linked to traktor, ie ableton, maschine.

This should be standard and currently completely unintuitive to link to one locked BPM while a DJ set can vary BPMs throughout.

    Note that our ideas section doesn't reflect the Traktor team's backlog. Even if this idea hasn't been brought up to the team at this time, that doesn't mean it'll never be implemented in the future.
