How do I adjust the Master Tempo using the S4 MK3 controller?

    Scrolling a round BPM values is not possible. (Only the S8 can do this by default)

    Work around would be to use Global MIDI controls to output values and then assign each value to the specific BPM value. It is complex though.

    You will need to custom map it as it is not a default option for S4 Mk3.

    Add In --> Master Clock --> Set master Tempo

    I tried to do this with custom mapping the other day, and had some success. However I was unable to set the tempo precisely, such as whole number values. For example, turning the encoder would set the tempo to 124.01 rather than 124. Does your mapping handle this better?

    I had a feeling this would unfortunately be the case.

    For the time being, I'm just going to use Ableton Link to adjust tempo. It's not ideal, but it works.
