cant log into native access
So im looking to start using Spotify with traktor. I have a native instruments account and logged in. Ive upgraded to the new software. Ive been asked to download native access to enable softwares which ive done. Its asking me for log in details which i thought would be the same as native instruments log in. a box just says user and password, ive entered details and wont let me log in. It does not give me any option for forgot password etc?

Your device is asking for your Mac user account details, just like Andreas_NI suggested.

Hi David,
thank you for getting in touch. Can you send a screenshot of the pop up you are getting? It sounds very much like a MAC OS prompt, so make sure you are making use of your MAC OS user name and password, not your Native Instruments account details.

Hi so this is what im getting. Is there anyway of updating software without using native access as its driving me mad ha ha
