Select the default range to be above 70 and below 200, analyze it again.

Traktor also has a beatgrid editor:

    https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/210311665-How-to-Set-Beatgrids-in-TRAKTOR

    Select to correct BPM: 140

Go to one of the first beats and set a grid marker

It's the one on the left here:

If the song has a constant 140 BPM and is not dynamic, all others should match.

If not show is some screenshots.

I have noticed lately the Automatic Bpm preference works better for me than setting a range.

OK, so to be honest. Traktor Pro 3 is the best BPM Analyzer of all the DJ software in active development right now. Automatic BPM is your best friend, sometime is does analyze a track at double or half the BPM of the track. But that's what the x2 and /2 button is for in the grid editor. Also, first down beat is the key to proper aligned beat grids. I know that a lot of people will say that it doesn't do flexible BPM but there is no other DJ program that does flexible BPM in real time without you doing a lot of grid editing. In fact, the only DJ software that does flexible beat gridding in real time is Deckadance DJ and that program has been abandon since 2017, I think. My opinion, NI should contact that programmer to see how they did it so many years ago. Because that's what real time flexible beat gridding should be. Everyone should try the demo to see what I mean by real time flexible beat gridding. Now if NI can do that with their implementation of flexible beat gridding. That would be a game changer for me.
