please activate via native access

Hello,

I have a problem with one of my Maschines, in this particular case, I am using Maschine Mikro MK3, but it also happens with the normal MK3 and is a Maschine software problem. I already uninstalled and deleted Maschine and NI Access numerous times, but the problem persists.

After I installed the Maschine software and the factory library and the rest of the dependencies, it always says "please activate via Native Access". This happens, when I try to load a factory kit like "808 Kit" or many others and also on many instruments etc.


I don't know what I should still do here, after I reinstalled everything. A few sounds/kits are working, but most of them are not. I also added all the serials from https://www.native-instruments.com/en/my-account/my-products-serials-downloads/ in NI Access via "Add Serial" but still, this does not help. This is my first and main problem.

Furthermore (this is problem number 2), it tries to load many VSTs and stuff on startup which isnt existing for years anymore on my computer. In NI Access, those folders where it gets this from are mentioned nowhere. I also did a registry search and found nothing.

Also, I deleted the folder C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Native Instruments\Maschine 2 as mentioned in this video by NI support: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iiA9vbH-vFY

It does not help either. I am kind of stuck here. What can I do?

    Hi Sander,


    thank you for getting in touch. This issue is normally a user account license issue, where a selection license is blocking a factory license. This can happen if you own a Micro and an MK3 for example. So I would suggest you get in touch with support so we can check your user account.
