    You still had a ticket opened. I think maybe you started another one and it auto-closed or was cleaned up. In any case, I'll let the team check BUT I did see in your account that you had a license for Maschine 2 Update but did not own Maschine 1. I deleted it and perhaps it was causing some conflict with your Mikro license. Check it again now.

    @Matt_Ni You have no idea how appreciative I am. The level of ****** I was on all because of a product i bought as a kid. Deleting the upgrade fixed the problem and again Thank you.
