WHEN WILL YOU RELEASE A VERSION OF NATIVE ACCESS THAT I CAN JUST USE.

I have tried every suggestion put out there by NI to get Native Access up and running, and nothing has worked.

At this point I am seriously considering just dumping Native Instruments altogether.

Just one example among many, your terminal script produces an error: "assertion failed [header->version <= kProjectSourceVersion]: runtime library is newer than runtime"

I am running Monterey 12.6.1 on an M1 Mac mini.

I can't even get Maschine working now because something is borked, and I can't reinstall or update.

Hey @BKK We understand your frustration, and you have every right to be angry but before using the big caps and before dumping us maybe you could try to contact our specialists here: http://bit.ly/NIsupport_install

Hopefully they can help you out if none of the solutions found here worked for you.

Yeah, not dumping on anyone, just trying to access software that I have paid for.

Until your reply, I was unaware that I could raise these issues with NI’s technical people, despite having looked extensively for precisely that information previously.

i will contact them, but I really don’t know why I should have to, given that it would appear that many of your customers are experiencing the same issues.

@BKK We have a dedicated support, you can access it on this very page, at the top right of the page, there's a dedicated section for installation, it's precisely here for that.

I'm not saying that I'm 100% sure that my colleagues will fix your issue but you will be taken care of by specialists. Yes many customers experience the same issues or slightly different ones, it is sometimes system dependent and they can troubleshoot further.
