Itunes bitrate problem

Hello all. Something is driving me mad. My son broke my laptop HP, which was windows 10. I have bought a new one but is windows 11. I've spent hours transfering all my files and even upgraded my controller to an S4 MK3. The two problems I have are -

Itunes files are 265 bit rate and sound terrible, all my other older files are fine. I've tried everything from ASIO updates, latency, installed quick time, deleted my iTunes libary and checked the bit rate on import music within itunes and re downloaded ( which was a nightmare in itself) I've check every setting possible within Traktor and upgraded to Traktor pro plus.

The display panels on my new controller are not working ? Yes I have updated the drivers.

Please help I have a gig on NYE and it's looking like I'm bluetoothing music from my phone at this rate.

Exactly the same issue for me since recently changing my laptop with Window 11. Sound on some downloads are choppy with dropouts. Some of my library with lower bitrate sounds distorted in mid range.
