Missing samples after import into Maschine

So I am trying to import my own sample collection into Maschine (all .wav). Some folders seem fine (e.g. my Kicks folder has imported 1793 out of 1798 samples just fine). But other folders, e.g. "Orchestral" has only imported 6 out of 87 samples.

I cannot figure out why so many are missing after import. I have tried rescanning and removing then re-importing the folders.

    I think I worked it out - All samples need to have at least one tag, if they can't be tagged the file attribute of the sample needs to have "Read only" removed. (there are free applications that can do this).
