Unable to install kontakt 7 player.

I did of course but it's still not opening. I've ran Native Instruments before.

@Charlie09 Are you able to open other NI programs?
What graphic card driver do you have? Does it support Direct 3D 11.1 (Feature level 11_0) ?

Mine isn't having it either. Along with Komplete Kontrol and FM8.
I've tried going to the download directory of Kontakt 7 but it won't let me execute the installer and also won't let me extract the executable to try elsewhere. Please tell me this isn't a Win 11 issue. I knew there'd be trouble when I gave in and updated from 10.
Slightly annoying given Kontakt and Komplete Kontrol are fairly important components. FM8 less so.
Edit: So although Native Cloud says things aren't installed, both Kontakt 7 and Komplete Kontrol do show up in my DAW (Ableton 11) and work as expected. So the issue is with the Cloud thinking the install process hasn't been successful for whatever reason.

Can't install contact 7 player
When you click on install, it queues up and nothing happens
What could be the problem?

The error on the bottom should give the answer. You are running Windows 8.1 (according to your profile), but Kontakt 7 (Player) needs Windows 10 or 11 (latest Service Pack).

I cannot install Kontakt 7 at all.
I get this error when trying to manually install:
Native Instruments Kontakt 7
Error
Error getting file security: C:\ProgramData\Native Instruments\ GetLastError: 5
Tried:
- NI Uninstall RegTool to clean Kontakt 7
- Kontakt 7 7.1.5 Setup PC you posted
- Running setup as administrator
- Installing into different folder

Hi I Have A MacOS Catalina version 10.15.7 And Though I’ve Downloaded Komplete Start And Tried To Download Kontakt 7 Player Numerous Of Times By Itself, I Have Yet To See It In My Native Access App. Please Help Me Fix This Problem Because I’ve Bought “Duets” And I’m Ready To Have Fun Creating On Reason 11.
