How to locate all libraries in one step in Native Access ?

Hi,

Something happened to my computer. the hd got wiped, and now I need to reinstall the FULL Komplete 14 library.

I have all my libraries on an external drive, but now I need to locate 1 by 1 each library.

I've been doing it for 4 hours now and I still have 117 to go...

I am going crazy, is there a faster way ?

You can relocate sample libraries for Kontakt using this button ..

It doesn't work for content like Maschine expansions, but it should fix most of the Kontakt libraries

Hello,

unfortunately that's not possible now, but as far as I know it's on natives to do list. I would just install it all new, watch a movie and check all few minutes if all is going well. Otherwise I would go crazy took like you've mentioned.

Is there a similar Windows workaround?

If not then can I add my voice to the choir of people asking for a multiple relocate option to be implemented into NA? System reinstalls are not uncommon, so asking us to spend hours relocating potentially hundreds of libraries with multiple clicks for each one is so incredibly inefficient and unfriendly to the user. It'd probably take you guys less time to implement this feature than it takes just one person to relocate all their libraries!

@EdGray Unfortunately there is no workaround for Windows users. If it was that easy and fast to implement it would have been implemented but yes, it is not user friendly, it should be that way and I'll forward your comments to the devs.

How does this work when you need to install the plugins but already have the content on an external drive? I didn't see a way to install without content.

There's a "Relocate all", but not a "Locate all". You have to locate the various libraries one by one if it's a new computer but you have the content already, at least on Windows. That only works for things like Kontakt libraries though, not for plugins or Maschine expansions.
