three keys have stopped working

Hi there

Some time ago I bought an m32 and it worked perfectly, last year after my uncle's death I put music aside and even though I was a fool who didn't know where or how to learn, after a break I decided to take it up again. But when I went back to it at the end of last year I discovered that three notes no longer make input (the fifth white key from the right, the 6 white from the right and the second black from the right). Nothing has ever been spilled on it, and I have always cleaned up the dust.

I don't know what to do!!!

You might have to check with our hardware support directly on this one, especially if you don't see any midi triggered when pressing the keys.

Are you testing the keyboard in a DAW or direct with KK?

If you try and use the octave shift buttons and shift the keyboard range up/down do the same 3 keys remain not working or does it follow the shifted range?

If in a DAW, you may have the notes mapped to something which is preventing them from triggering sound?

Hiii thx for answering, I put a ticket and I did what they told me with the midi-ox, unfortunately the keys don't give input, I expected it to be something other than that, but it's ok, I'm sure there's a solution :)

Thanks for answering, try what support told me wiht the midi-ox and it seems that the keys do not give input, so it seems that it was damaged or something like that, I hoped it wasn't something like that, but well, surely there is a solution :)
