Maschine 2 stopped working since Native Access update

Hi guys, Maschine 2 which i've been using since it's released has just stopped working asking me to register in Native Access, it is not showing up in N.Access and when i put the serial number i've always been using since buying it, it prompt, Serial Not Valid!

I've opened a supprt tickets afew days back, but haven;t heard from anyone at NI

Anyone would know how to fix that!

    It looks like both issues were fixed by our registration support.

    @mrpitifuliscool My colleagues should get back to you soon, unfortunately there is not much more that can be done here, it seems to be a registration issue.

    Hi Jeremy thanks for your fast response, any idea on ETA for them to context me been opening tickets on top of posting here and still no response, I know it’s holiday time of the year but it’s also the only time of the year I got the chance and the time to make music and can’t because of the issue! Just looking forward to hear from someone to get it sorted
