Plug-in icons for expansion packs are missing

Hello

I recently upgraded to komplete 14 select and after downloading registration and installation most of the included expansion pack plugin logos are missing from the browser . but nothing works can someone help me ? I have a mac book air m1 chip

    In this thread you can find an image folder I provided, in that folder you should be able to find the artwork for your expansions: Re: Expansion artwork missing

    It should get you going but doesn't really fix the issue, so if you want I can put you in contact with a Maschine specialist to figure out what is going on on your system.

    @Davo Does Maschine, Native Access and the NTKDaemon all have Full Disk Access: How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

    Restart your computer. If images are still missing, what happens after deleting the NI Resources folder? Are the exact same artworks are missing? Are the missing icons products installed in the same location as the other ones?

    All the artwork seems to be missing completely just for the expansion packs though like they were never included in installation. I deleted ni resources restarted computer still missing . All the other plugins seem to have an image file but theses expansions dont have them if i go into images all pluggins are there except expansion packs If i click on the lilac dream file for example, all that is in the file is sounds kits legal documentation etc but no corresponding image for that expansion . And yes i have full disk access

    Sorry lilac glare is the example not lilac dream haha

    here is a a step by step in pics of where im looking first 4 pictures…Mac HD/ users/ shared/lilac glare as you can see it only holds documentation groups projects samples sounds thats all . Last 3 pics… i go into Mac HD/users/shared/NI resources/Image all vst and plugin files are there except i cannot find any of the the expansion files holding MST_plugin.pgn files . This is the list of expansion packs with their .pgn files that are missing:

    Backyard jams

    expansions selection

    free form

    lilac glare

    mother board

    neo boogie

    solar breeze

    Blocks Base

    TRK-01 Bass

    @Davo I don't at the moment. Wondering if your missing thumbnails could have something to do with the installation process. It looks like you are on Mac. So please give Full DIsk Access to Native Access and the NTKDaemon, as well as for Maschine and Komplete Kontrol: How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

    If they do not appear in this list, click the + icon and add the following apps:

    - Macintosh HD > Applications > Native Access

    - Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > NTK > NTKDaemon

    Restart your computer and try to reinstall one of the expansions where the artwork is missing.
