Why am i not receiving my plugins in Native Access

Hi. I just got my new a49 keyboard. I was promised to get the standard software along with it + Komplete 14 Direct nor during their special deal. I registered the a49 but didnt get the software(they are not shown anywhere), so I updated Native Access to the newest edition and still im not getting the software. The serial number for the a49 is now invalid and i cant seem to find any details about it being registered at all. Can anyone help me? Im really sad

    Which is the way to go. No one here will be able to tell you why you didn't receive the software.

    @johannestougaard It seems that you have 2 different NI accounts registered with 2 different emails. Maybe you entered the wrong login in Native Access. Have you tried with the other account?

    @johannestougaard If you need the accounts to be merged you can ask my colleagues in the requests you already submitted.
