Hello,

yesterday I got my first e-guitar and after some research I wanted to use Guitar Rig. Guitar Rig detects my e-guitar and my audio interface without problems. Now I have the problem that recording software like Audacity and OBS Studio get a really silent sound from guitar rig. Also the "in-built" recording program has the same problem.

My guitar is a Harley Benton ST-20HH Active SBK and my audio interface is a PreSonus Audiobox Go.

My configuration of guitar rig (Audio Settings):

I also have 2 audio examples, one recording with the Guitar Rig Software and one recording I made with my phone.

Does anyone know what I did wrong?

Problem is, as far as I know I only have one instrument input and that one is the one I use.

Audiobox input jacks send signal into a DAW (or VST instrument) input as 1-L & 2-R by default. Try switching GR6 input to the Right channel (or stereo) and changing the GR6 input R to #2.

Tried it but it changed nothing. But I recognize, if I set "At input" the volume is normal, but when I set the Tapedeck Pre to "At output" it gets silent, so the input doesnt seem to be the problem, right?
