problem with filter reset Traktor Kontrol S2 MK2
Good evening
I have a problem with my Traktor Kontol S2 MK2.
After the last update I can no longer reset my filter by shift + clicking on the gain button.
Software version: 3.7.0 336
Does anyone know the solution to this problem?

I have a TRAKTOR KONTROL S4 MK2 and I had the same problem. I had to map manually in Controller Manager on TRAKTOR PRO 3.7.0 336.
This shouldn't happen, right?!

Indeed there seems to be an issue with version 3.7.0. I saw you've been in touch with our support team and downgraded to an earlier version already.

No need to use older version of Traktor. Like NI support suggested.
Simply add a mapping command to reset Filters.
Add In --> Mixer --> Mixer Effect Adjust
type = button
mode = direct
value = reset

I have the same problem with my s2mk2 and I don't manage to map it as Steven suggested
value : reset is not an option i can put only an number
I have 3.8 version
please help !

Either select Interaction Mode: Reset or select Interaction Mode: Direct, Value: 0.500.

I thought this issue would be fixed by now, it is already two versions old issue. Otherwise I would create mappings...
