    I'm currently in Japan so it's 10.35pm I need to speak to someone in real time my time do you have a link or a number or email so I can get this figure out it's been two weeks man and I spent $199 on some software that's not working so just imagine my frustration...

    Unfortunately we don't have phone support but you can easily reply to my colleagues by email. If you don't answer them, they can't guess what is happening. Simply reply to the emails you received already. The sooner you reply, the sonner they also reply, the less frustration builds up.

    @Jae Marrs There seems to be a misunderstanding. This forum is not the place to get support, we're helping for basic information and answer questions and redirect users when needed but when a closer look, and informtion on the system are needed this is handled first and foremost by our support. I will carry out all the information you gave here that you didn't give when receiving our emails. I'll also delete the link to the result of your support tool here as it contains private data. My colleagues will get back to you as soon as possible. Please reply to the emails.

    May I ask if this got Solved for you @Jae Marrs - I am currently requiring some help and advice and I appreciate you writing in the forum so other people can hear about your experience. I am a huge fan of using Forums or Groups to help others when they have issues. I'm not sure why Jeremy from NI is so reluctant to help and keeps asking you to speak to a specialist Via Email when it would be ideal for the team to operate support in here.

    It may also be good to open up a Zoom Session @Jeremy_NI - Maybe a Chat with a Bot that can help, Maybe one that saves your questions, or have a support team that alternates from one shift to the next to provide satisfactory customer service.

    No the problem was NEVER solved I just switched over to just using Kontakt 7. Komplete Kontrol is a complete failure once I relocated all of my libraries to a external harddrive all I get is Could Not Load Plug-In. Thanks God komplete kontrol is free or I would feel much different about the situation.
