Native Access cannot accept the serial number

Hello, Native Access 3.0.1 does not accept the serial number. It says "Registering your products, please wait", the waiting cursor keeps turning and nothing happens. (Internet connection is stable, enough storage space available) Have MacOS Ventura 13.0. Always the same problem despite uninstalling and reinstalling. Anyone know advice? I would be very grateful for an answer (I hope it's okay if I ask here too, because my question was also sent to the support at the same time, the answer is still pending)

    @Larissa My colleagues should get back to you soon. No worries, there should be a way for you to install your product, and of course in the case there is an incompatibility, you would get a refund.

    @Larissa Is that still happening? It could be that it was an issue with our servers, have you tried again recently?

    Hello, thank you very much for your reply. I appreciate your motivation to help your customers as much as possible. Unfortunately, Native Access still refuses. I just tried again. No chance. a dear NI-chat colleague informed me in the meantime that it is a complex technical problem, the cause is being sought. I was promised to tell me about it by today at the latest.
    
    I read in a specialist electronic music production magazine that Electric Guitar Sunburst Deluxe runs on Windows and Mac OS, and requires the free Kontakt Player. I assumed that I would only have to make sure that contact was included with the purchase. I didn't realize that when I buy software compatible with Ventura, I also need to check if parts in the software are compatible. I recognized your thread for discussion about the new MacOS Ventura too late. My mistake. It would be such a shame if I couldn't use the great plugin now.
    
    In general, what happens when the buyer pays for software that is not compatible with their operating system? I look forward to a positive reply. I hope so much that they can save my situation. Have a nice day.

    @espen You have the same issue? What is your operating system? Are you also on MacOs Ventura? Have you contacted support yet?

    I also have the same problem I bought Kontakt 7 two days ago I put serial number and is write to me:

    "Registering your product, please wait.

    What I need to do?

    Having the same problem...I'm trying to register a product and it's stuck on "Registering...Registering your product, please wait."

    Hey this message "Registering...Registering your product, please wait." pops up if you are trying to add a serial that is already on your account, so the problem is elsewhere. So, are there still products missing ?

    I'm trying to activate the serial number of TRAKTOR KONTROL S3

    But I too get the endless message "Registering your product, please wait" and it never gets activated

    I have MacOS Ventura 13.1 What do I need to do to activate it?

    @Andreus So I assume you are missing the software that is supposed to come with the S3, in this case it's not a problem with Native Access but with our registration process, please get in touch here: https://bit.ly/NIsupport_RA

    good day ,

    my problem is that after starting Native Access, I don't see all the products that are for Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol S88 MK2. When entering the serial number in Native Access, it keeps spinning and says "Registering your product, please wait." and it never ends!!! I let it run for 6 hours and nothing changed. I have the operating system Ventura 13.1 processor M1

    Same problem with the Komplete 8 suite... Kontakt 5 seems to work, but I need Absynth 5. It only wants to run in Demo mode... I've tried to restart Native Access and not enter the serial again, but it still doesn't work.

    Same problem Don't see Guitar rig 4 [just show Guitar rig 5 and 6 Player] I have tons of saved songs in my FLStudio 21 which shows Guitar rig 4 is missing. I have plugin correctly installed However when I try input my serial it shows " Registering...blablabla" and nothing happen I also tried to install old version of Native Access to get over this bugg but showes error and I'm not able to continue installation Will be this problem addressed and solved ASAP This is my first post here in the Forum otherwise I wouldn't be here

    Hi I'm back. I manage to see Guitar rig4 in my Plugins folder FLStudio21 Plugin looks working normaly so I don't really care if it shows up in Native Access Thank you and I'm out for now as long all plugins using Native Access working for me.
