Can only relocate Libraries

Hello, I'm new to native instruments, and I am having a hard time getting them to work. I just purchased everything, and someone transferred the licenses. My native Access allows me to re-install some apps, which is what I need, but the others only allow me to relocate, but the files are not on the computer is there a way to re-install these missing libraries I have looked everywhere, and no one is covering my issue I can't relocate because the files are not on my computer,but it is the only option it is giving me. How can I just re-install these libraries?
