Z1 controller lights up when plugged in then immediately turns off

hi, please i need some help with this issue, suddenly de z1 stop working, its connect a few seconds and turns off. i used it on a laptop with windows11 with the latest update. i tried another cables and the same. the x1 controller works just fine. somebody wiht the same issue? solutions?

    Hello,

    if you connect it, can you go into device manager and check if you see the device with the driver properly installed.
