Native Access Playbox activation problem

Hi,

I have purchased the Komplete 13 Ultimate bundle but have issues with installing "Playbox".

After installation it still reads "Demo" and I get the message "Activating Playbox failed: Failed processing the activation result: Internal error during activation"

I tried the guide: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000848825 but still no luck.

Would appreciate some help!
