Hi,

It's impossible to install one library ( KOMPLETE 14 - Session Guitarist - Strummed Acoustic) with Native Access 2 in MacOs, only this one 😫

    @dreammxm Is it the only library where there is a problem? Where are you installing it? On your system drive? On an external hard drive? Make sure that Native Access has Full Disk Access

    Can you check if the steps in this article fixes your issue? Native Access Error Message: Download Failed: "Unknown error"

    hello,

    I had already installed Native Access 3.01

    I install on external disk and gave direct disk access.

    I applied all the recommendations without success.

    Important: There was a network outage during the installation of this library.
