Ozone 10 / Komplete 14 - Native Access Shows "not installed" but is open in DAW

I upgraded yesterday and have completed the installation of everything, except that is of Ozone 10 which is leaving me confused.

I've read the article about "Full Trial" in the Izotope product portal and have made sure that I downloaded and installed from native access but that portal isn't showing it as installed.

However, when I check Logic the AU is showing and will run.

Is this normal? Have I done something wrong?

Any help appreciated.

    Same issue I'm experiencing.

    Same here. I was not told that it would be a plugin-only version of Ozone 10 that would be available, and I am still waiting for the full version to install on my system though right now it seems somewhat impossible.
