KOMPLETE 13 License Transfer greyed out after changing email

I wanted to do a license transfer but before that I changed my email address associated with my NI account, and after that, the license transfer option is not available.

How long will it take for the license transfer option to re-appear again? Or do I have to contact support and request them to enable it?

    Support team told me that it would take 30 days if you change your email for the license transfer to appear.
