Native Access - Firewall Intrusion and "Waiting for connection" error

I have a Unify network and when I try to update products with Native Access my firewall blocks it as an attempted network intrusion. I would like to provide an IP address to my firewall rules to allow for downloads. Does anyone know the IP address Native Access is connecting with for downloads?

I just thought I'd check here before submitting a ticket. I've been in touch with support previously and have determined it's definitely my firewall that is causing the "Waiting for connection" error. Since my wife and I both work from home we have a 5G backup internet from Verizon in case Comcast goes down. When I hook up to 5G the error does not occur and all files download and update as expected, but I would like to save myself the hassle of switching internet sources every time I need to update.

Any helpful comments are appreciated. 😀

Did some more digging through my firewall settings. It doesn't display the IP address, just that it thinks it is a trojan. After a bit of googling, discovered I have to click on the threat to see the IP address. Duh.

Anyway I think all is well now but I will not know until I have to update again. Thanks for all your time and replied, even though it was an operator error...

Thanks Jeremy. I reviewed the post but it’s not applicable. I have no issues connecting to Native Access. It’s only during downloads I receive the error.

    Hello,

don´t your unify tool, or whatever you use to control it, show more details, about what it is blocking? And port 80 and 443 must be open for native access and you just use the ip of your computer.
