Native Access 3.01 stuck on Installing

Hello,

I'm trying to update Komplete Control via the latest version of Native Access 3.

Its been trying to finish the install for the last hour. And its annoying because I can't install tmy newly purchased Kontakt 7.I've tried stopping then re-starting the app but that doesn't work.

Does anyone know how to fix this ?

On W11 up to date, 64 Gb Ram.

It seems you managed to fix this by re-installing the ntkdaemon.exe.

Adding to possible solutions on Windows 10. I had a similar issue. I was unable to complete the Native Access install, or install NTKDaemon because it could not start the NTKDaemon service. Trying to manually start the NTKDaemonService via services.msc produced an error "193 0xc1".

Searching this error led me to this page https://www.mindtimebackup.eu/knowledgebase/480307-Cannot-start-the-service-on-local-computer-Error-1930xc1 or this less technical one https://bobcares.com/blog/error-193-0xc1-service-fails-to-start/ . Following the advice of deleting or renaming a file named "Program" which was in my C: drive at the root allowed the service to start and Native Access to install without issue.
