When I close the tractor it doesn't save either collection or history

I have a s4 mk3 since when I got a z1 with an x1 it doesn't save collection and history, I haven't made any changes to the settings. can somebody help me ?

    Hello,

    can you try to start traktor as admin, i guess it's an rights issue so traktor can't write stuff on your hard drive. You can right click on the icon and start as administrator, you also can set it so it always starts as administrator, for that you have to go to the install location, right click on the traktor.exe go to properties and there is somewhere a setting for that
