Komplete Kontrol software - save favorites/presets to synth plugin?

Is there any way that I can save favorites and/or presets in either the komplete kontrol software or the NI synth AU/VST (such as the massive X plugin) without having to then go re-save/re-favorite in the other? Or do you have to favorite/save in both for each preset? Best workflow I've found so far is to demo sounds in KK then favorite in both independently, though favoriting in the synth in clunky. Thanks in advance

    Certainly for Massive X, and also now Kontakt 7, what is favourited in the plugin is also favourited in KK and visa versa - sometimes it takes rescanning to get them into sync but I always favourite in KK (using shift *) and they do show up in those plugins.
