Online payment issue. Session Strings 2.

Hi.

Apologies if this is in the wrong category. I was not sure which one to use. I purchased Session Strings 2 yesterday evening. After clicking pay, there was an error message, which I stupidly didn't read. However my bank flagged up that NI had taken the payment. I did notice that it was still in my cart which was weird. I have received no notifications from NI, but it is in my orders on my account, although it does not say shipped. Also the payment on my online banking is still pending.I have made several purchases from NI recently and all were smooth, as expected. I am just a little frustrated because I was going to use it on a project this weekend. I have created a ticket but was just wondering if anybody else has had this situation in the past?.

    Hello,

    only native staff can solve it and the will, unfortunately it's weekend so it may take a while. I also hate if something like that happens in general.

    Thanks. This is pretty much what I expected. Just a little frustrating, I'm not getting any younger 😊
