Can't set up Komplete Kontrol (plugin)

I'm wondering if it is possible to do a video call with someone at NI's support who could help me get Kontrol running.

The biggest problem is that loading most plugins, especially third party plugins, gives me loading errors. I've toggled which plugins I want it to recognize and uninstalled some of the ones I don't want it to recognize.

A second problem is that Live 11 is not recognizing the Kontrol plugin

. Live 10, however, does recognize the Kontrol plugin even though the plugin folders are set to the same locations.

I'd really appreciate any guidance. Thanks!

I uninstalled Pianoteq so I'm no longer getting that error. But I am getting this error where I don't know what it's referring to.
