TRAKTOR + KONTROL Z1 + Live input?

Is it possible to use Traktor with a Kontrol Z1 and route e.g. Maschine into the live input of Traktor?

If I use the Z1 as audio interface, there are no input routing options (since it has no inputs :)

Thanks for any help, since I think I am missing out a simple but crucial thing...

    As you said, there is no input channel on the Z1. You have to use a different interface.

    I thought there could be a clever trick with internal routing and e.g. a virtual audio cable or something like that...

    ... so if there is no trick, I guess I will have to search for a mixer with dedicated input(s) on eBay.... :(

    As far as i know there is a way to aggregate several sound cards into a single item making all of their inputs and outputs available for selection in Traktor. But i am no expert on that.

    Traktor ships with JackAudio. Technically, it should be possible to do this (and a lot more!) without resorting to OS level device aggregation.
