Native Instruments catalog is down - is anyone else experiencing this?

Trying to buy the Scarbee Clavinet/Pianet library but whenever I click 'buy' after a short interval it flashes 'Oops, something went wrong' and turned fully white instantly after. I then checked out the catalog (top left) and to my dismay, it turned white yet again.

I've tested this for both the Brave and Microsoft Edge browsers. Does anyone have an explanation for this and if this can be fixed?
