Symphony Series missing two libraries in Komplete 14 CE
Hi there,
So, hurrah, Komplete 14 is out and I've upgraded to the Collector's Edition, which states it comes with the entirety of the Symphony Series. However, in Native Access, it's missing the percussion and woodwind ensemble libraries, while the other four are present.
My question is this: are these available yet or is there something awry with the Komplete 14 CE offer?

This has now been sorted and the two missing libraries have magically appeared in NA2.

It was. indeed an issue on our side, it has now been fixed and everything should be available for you in Native Access.

There are 4 libraries that I have showing that get Download Failed. Symphony Essentials Percussion and Woodwind are two of them. (Along with Choir - Omnia and Kontakt Factory Library 2)

Currently upgrading to CE 14 from CE 13...Looks like there's an error of what product is available. CE is supposed to get the full Symphony Series, but only Essentials is available for Woodwind Ensemble & Percussion. Being that I already had CE 13 with all the Series products, the download for these erroneous Essentials products fails continuously.

I also started downloading the larger products individually after restarting and trashing incomplete download data...seems to have made the process smoother.

I am having a problem with Symphony Essentials Percussion, as well.
This is an upgrade from CE 13 to CE 14.
I've already installed NA 2.6.2

CE owners aren't supposed to get any Symphony Essentials products...we're supposed to get Symphony Series. That's why the download isn't working.

Correct. Looks like my library already has the full symphony installed so I suppose these Essential versions will just sit in my Available tab until they are removed (which I hope they are)

At my house too. Both symphony libraries are now loaded. Remains "Choir Omnia" which always refuses only the loading
