MASCHINE 2 not showing any libraries while all my NI KOMPLETE 14 CE Instruments are working fine?

I have tried all troubleshooting including removing the database files;

komplete.db3 located under C:\Users\[name]\AppData\Local\Native Instruments\Maschine 2

and the favourites.db3 located C:\Users\[name]\AppData\Local\Native Instruments\Shared

It is extremely frustrating how a simple library lookup is taking this long, the libraries have never been moved after inistiall NI Komplete 14 Installation, all other instruments and plugins work fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
