Native access 2 suddenly loads slow and doesn't fully load (Windows 11)

Native Access 2.6.2 was just released to address this issue. Is it all working for you with the new update ?

No. It still loads forever. And Release: 2.6.1 is the update I got. Is it supposed to be 2.6.2?

Update, I was a bit too hasty in what I wrote earlier. It's a little more tricky and I needed some more info.
2.6.2 addresses the error message "There’s an issue with the installer service. To resolve this issue, try restarting Native Access. If this doesn’t work, restart your computer and try again."
It will take a little time for the 2.6.2 update to be available for everyone. Please have some little more patience.
The slowness is probably caused by the higher traffic than usual caused by a certain release :)
Native Access asking for permission is a different issue, unrelated to the others, and is being investigated.
So, if, even after a couple of hours, you still are experiencing Native Access not loading or being totally unresponsive on a Windows 11 system, it could be a different issue. In this case the best is to get in touch with my colleagues here: http://bit.ly/NIsupport_install

Thanks for investigating the issue! So rolling back to Native Access 1 won't change much as long as there is no problem with Windows 11?

But if it's all about a busy server, would that solve anything? I am also willing to install Komplete 14 today. If the slowness would still be there, I'd prefer not to roll back..

@aidenstunes It depends on the symptoms. If you experience slow loading times when downloading or installing a product, then it's a server issue. If it's the whole Native Access that fails to load at all or goes unresponsive, the issue is not a server issue and the fastest route is downgrading.

I have tried Native Access 1. It doesn't find my products. It shows 3 of them. Refreshing takes forever, so is logging in and out. It's all a server-side issue, and I am highly disappointed. Me and the friends on this thread have paid our update prices just as well haven't we? I kindly ask, how long shall we wait? And is Native Access 2.6.2 expected to be released soon or next month? The release date was today, things could have been way more prepared, not cool!

Works now. :) It downloaded Native Access 2.6.2, and I couldn't even update my plugins. ;)
