Where to find Creator Tools Manual regarding Sliders

On the old NI Forum I found this Information (https://www.native-instruments.com/forum/threads/creator-tools-slider-image-issue.459931):

Has Alpha Channel: yes
Number of Animations: 256
Horizontal Animation: no
Vertical Resizable: no
Horizontal Resizable: no
Fixed Top: 0
Fixed Bottom: 0
Fixed Left: 0
Fixed Right: 0

I wonder where this knowledge is coming from.

Also searching for "Creator Tools" on NI's website doesn't help: https://www.native-instruments.com/de/catalog/?q=creator%20tools&t=global

If I search for "Kontakt" and go to the "Building in Kontakt" section I get this page: https://www.native-instruments.com/de/products/komplete/samplers/kontakt-6/building-in-kontakt

Which also doesn't provide a lot of infos about Creator Tools.

Also the latest Creator Tools manual under the Section "Downloads" (https://www.native-instruments.com/de/products/komplete/samplers/kontakt-6/downloads) / Creator Tools manual 1.4 (https://www.native-instruments.com/fileadmin/ni_media/downloads/manuals/kontakt/KONTAKT_CREATOR_TOOLS_1.4_Manual_English_17_02_2022.pdf) doesn't provide those infos.

    What I want to know if there is a possibility to set the width and height of the image per slice.

height: 67


    I actually tried that put it doesn't show any effect.

    I also tried to work with the Fixed Bottom and Fixed Right values but they do not change anything.
