    I was not able to provide a screen shot so provided as much information as I could.

    i gave up as it did not seem like you were actually able to help, something that I was at a loss to explain.

    I have worked as a 1st line helpdesk assistant and so know the importance of providing as much detail as required to support a resolution.

    The last thing I wanted to do was return the equipment, as this was a dream, that was starting to come true.

    Well seems strange you were asked for it but still did not provide it even after several posts later. Guess it does help others to know if they want help, provide what is asked. Shame you sent it back for what was probably a very simple checkbox you failed to note from the manual.
