No Sound From Third Party Carillon addon

I purchased a Kontakt-Compatible carillon samples library from another vendor. I can select the instrument from within Kontakt, I can interact with the carillon GUI, but I get no sound from the virtual keyboard. Other libraries produce sounds. This same problem occurs whether I run Kontakt as a Windows 11 application or thru Cubase 12 Pro. Anybody got a fix?

    "Carillon - Large Bell Idiophones" from Sonokinetic. It has it's own .ncint file and is billed as being compatible with Kontakt Player (Latest version) that I have.

    @kurasdan Check between articulations, keyswitches and settings. With some combinations the sound will be very quiet and will be a slow rising sequence. I would recommend playing around with these settings:
