How to locate installed expansions on a new computer

I installed Maschine on a new MacBookPro.

All my expansions are on an external drive (installed from my old Mac).

Can I locate/install all the existing expansions without download them again?

Hey @franklyn There is a workaround for that. It requires some files from us. I see that you already submitted a request, my colleagues will get back to you shortly.

Thank you for answering. I am happy to hear this and I'm curious about the workaround.

I wonder why this is not in the FAQs.

Now I got this mail from the support team-

They told me that it is not possible. Bt you told me there is a workaround? Do you know the workaround?

    From Support:

    Hallo,

    Nathanial @ NI

Hey @franklyn Sorry about that, it seems that one of our colleagues was not aware of the workaround. Someone should get back to you as we speak!

Hello, was this issue resolved? I am having the same issue. How has this not been fixed in Native Access 2?

@wzdm.85 You need to get in touch with our specialists so they can give you specific files: http://bit.ly/NIsupport_install

@Jeremy_NI Is there a software issue that prevents NI from allowing us to relink our expansions from Native Access? Or is it a licensing issue? This will take hours to update my registry for every expansion. I don't understand why this is so hard.

@wzdm.85 Unfortunately it's a limitation of Native Access 1 and 2. We only have workarounds at the moment, sorry that it's not that convenient.

Hi, I'm setting up a new computer (windows 10). I've succeeded to relocate all my kontakt instruments, but now I turn to my expansions I only get "release notes", I don't see any "relocate" - command. Can anyone help me find this function?

@Ben Venesoen There is no relocate button for expansions, only for Kontakt libraries.

Is a "workaround" still available for this? For us Komplete 14 CE owners, this is alot of stuff to re-download. I tried to submit a support ticket but your support wizard wouldn't even let me enter in a reason why I needed support...

@Felix Caban To submit a request in the typeform, simply answer no to every question until you get to the request section.
