Is Native Access normally this slow?

Is it normal for Native access to take HOURS just to install a sampling library?

For example, I have Kontakt installed and it's been installing the Kinetic Treats library (426 Mb) for over 3 hours! I have Native Access 2.1.0, fast internet and the downloading was fast, but I'm on Windows 7

It should not take that long. Maybe that problem is NA2 and Win7 combination. If I recolect well, NA2 does not support Win7. It does not necesarily mean, it will not work on Win7, but....

What about using NA1? It is for download at legacy SW section.

Kubrak is right. Native Access 2 supports Windows 10 or 11.
